Dr. Grace Wolski, D.Ac., L.Ac., RYT-200, is a licensed, board-certified acupuncturist and registered yoga teacher specializing in holistic healing and pain management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in Anthropology and a minor in Spanish from the University of Maine, spending time living in Spain, Costa Rica, and Thailand during her studies. After returning to the U.S., she founded and operated a non-profit community wellness center in Portland, Maine before traveling to India to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She later moved to Virginia, where she earned both her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, and is currently in the process of completing a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training to achieve her RYT-500 by the end of 2026. Grace also volunteers as a board member for a local non-profit she helped to start in northern Virginia and is passionate about her work in guiding others through their own journeys of reconnecting with their bodies as they pursue balance and inner peace.
The founder of Two of Cups and Chakras, Jonathan is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and is passionate about creating inclusive LGBTQ+ and body-positive yoga spaces. He additionally offers tarot, reiki energy healing, aura readings, and more in a queer & gender-inclusive setting.
Jonathan believes yoga is more than asana and is a fusion of movement, meditation and spiritual practice. His teaching approach centers on storytelling and imagery, ensuring students feel connected to their movement beyond the physical poses. He blends the energy body and the physical body together in each practice, specializing in Chakra Yoga and Kundalini Yoga teachings.
His energy work blends yogic traditions and philosophy, chakras, pranayama, crystal expertise, Usui and Holyfire Reiki modalities, and meditation. Harmonizing in the unique healing modality of Crystal Reiki, a practice designed to realign and recharge your energy field while honoring each person’s individual expression.
A yogi, farmer, integrative nutrition health coach, and passionate plant-focused cook, Havala has been teaching yoga since 2023 and practicing since she was a teenager (three decades ago!) She enjoys both playful, exuberant movement and slower, more reflective forms of practice such as yin and yoga nidra.
Havala believes that no matter what your physical capabilities, current exercise habits, or life stage, yoga is here to meet you exactly as you are, right now. Havala completed her initial (RYT-200) teacher training with Yoga Farm Ithaca in 2022 and is continuing her studies with Radiance Yoga in Alexandria. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program and Coaching Intensive Practicum and lives in West Virginia with her husband, dogs, chickens, bees, sheep, geese, and ducks.
